Find movement and mindfulness with baby by your side with our Mom & Baby Yoga sessions.
Our welcoming easy-going environment allows you to tend to your baby, meet other parents and babies and enjoy the benefits of postnatal exercise. Mama and Baby Yoga will help you stretch, strengthen, breathe and connect. Offering a mix of strengthening and restorative movement for mamas to aid in reducing the common aches and pains that come with having a little one.
Session runs every Thursday, 9:00-10:00AM.
Beginning September 28th, 2023 to October 26th. 2023.
*Please bring a blanket or mat for baby.
