Restorative & Warm Restorative
A slow and relaxing practice using props such as blankets and bolsters, to support the body in gentle floor poses to calm the nervous system. Props provided.

Restore & Meditate
A slow and relaxing practise that deeply connects to self through breath, the body and mindful awareness. Using props, such as blankets and bolsters to support the body. A series of meditation techniques are incorparted to quiet and focus the mind.

Gentle
A gentle class predominantly spent on the mat to release stress, tension, and toxins. We seldom come to standing, or do so briefly and slowly, before coming back to the mat.

Yin
Targets your deep connective tissues by holding passive postures for longer periods of time. Yin is a a slower and more meditative class, giving you space to turn inward while teaching you how to breathe.

Supported Chair Flow
Supported Chair yoga is a gentle flow of traditional yoga poses that can be done sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair for support.
*All levels and experiences are welcome.
Hatha & Warm Hatha
Movement with breath to ground the body and mind. Focus is on longer holds in posture, and deepening the breath.
*All levels and experiences are welcome.
Flow
Flowing from one posture to the next quickly. Sequenced to quickly move up and down from the mat, and generate warmth throughout the body.
**A more challenging class. Should have the ability to move quickly from the mat to standing.
Warm Ritual
Beginning down on the mat with the breath and gentle stretching. Progressing to a hatha practice with stronger, longer holds. Building up to linking postures with breath and allowing the body to float and flow through the sequence. The sequencing of this Ritual class will remain the same each week.

Pilates
Strengthening and lengthening exercises that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs. In this class, you hold movements like planks, side planks, and core exercises to build your muscle groups and core strength.

Tabata HIIT
Tabata high intensity interval training involves 20 seconds of exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest. Including both cardio and strength training.Yoga mat is required for floor exercises. If you wish to increase the difficulty level, you can bring your own set of weights.
Shoes are optional, clean indoor shoes only please. This class runs for 45 minutes.

Zumba
An interval-style dance fitness class that combines low-intensity and high-intensity moves. You'll burn lots of calories as you move to the rhythm of the music.
*All levels and experience are welcome.
** Warm, the room is heated to roughly 28 -30 degrees celsius.
