A slow and relaxing heart-centered practice that deeply connects to self through breath, the body and mindful awareness. Using props, such as blankets and bolsters, support the body in gentle floor poses to calm the nervous system, leaving you feeling deeply rested and restored. Props provided. *All levels and experiences are welcome.
Restore & Meditate
A slow and relaxing practise that deeply connects to self through breath, the body and mindful awareness. Using props, such as blankets and bolsters to support the body. A series of meditation techniques are incorparted to quiet and focus the mind. Providing an opportunity to be the “observer” of self. Promoting mental clarity, curiosity and self acceptance.
Gentle Hatha
A gentle Hatha with more time spent seated and supine to release stress, tension, and toxins.
*All levels and experiences are welcome.
Hatha & Warm Hatha
Movement with breath to ground the body and mind. Focus is on longer holds in posture, and deepening the breath.
*All levels and experiences are welcome.
** Warm Hatha the room is slightly heated.
Slow Flow
Flowing from one posture to the next. Sequenced to generate warmth throughout the body. Involving a variety of postures and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness. Moving at a slower pace than a traditional Vinyasa flow class.

A mixture of yoga, cardio and strength exercises. Come prepared to sweat. Water and towel are recommended.

A hybrid offering combining flow and restorative practices. Generating warmth through the body to start, moving into restful supported restorative postures to relax the body. A well balanced offering for your body and mind.
