A slow and relaxing practice using props such as blankets and bolsters, to support the body in gentle floor poses to calm the nervous system. Props provided.

Restore & Meditate
A slow and relaxing practise that deeply connects to self through breath, the body and mindful awareness. Using props, such as blankets and bolsters to support the body. A series of meditation techniques are incorparted to quiet and focus the mind.

Gentle
A gentle class predominantly spent on the mat to release stress, tension, and toxins. We seldom come to standing, or do so briefly and slowly, before coming back to the mat.

Supported Chair Flow
Supported Chair yoga is a gentle flow of traditional yoga poses that can be done sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair for support.
*All levels and experiences are welcome.
Hatha & Warm Hatha
Movement with breath to ground the body and mind. Focus is on longer holds in posture, and deepening the breath.
*All levels and experiences are welcome.
** Warm Hatha the room is heated to 30 degrees celcius.
Slow Flow
Starting at a slower pace to begin class, and moving towards a quicker flow class. Building in intensity to challenge oneself. Sequenced to warm up the body effectively before moving to a more energizing practice.
**Portions of this class can be challenging. Should have the ability to move quickly from the mat to standing.
Flow
Flowing from one posture to the next quickly. Sequenced to quickly move up and down from the mat, and generate warmth throughout the body.
**A more challenging class. Should have the ability to move quickly from the mat to standing.
Power Flow
A stronger aerobic based flow class which will leave you feeling energized and sweaty. A fusion between our Flow and Fit Flow class. Think less jumping jacks and more planks. Water and towel are recommended.

Fitness Flow
A mixture of yoga, cardio and strength exercises. Come prepared to sweat. Water and towel are recommended.
